You can request a certificate of admissibility for the purpose of rectifying the company’s articles of incorporation, or a public deed, if you need to:
- change the initial request’s applicant
- change the registered head office to another municipality
- change the company’s name
- change the activities exercised (company’s object).
You can only use this service if the NIPC initially assigned is still valid.
Upon the certificate’s approval, you have 3 months to rectify the articles of incorporation and request the respective commercial registry.
