The permanent certificate provides up-to-date information on the records and documents of an entity or legal person.

The user receives a code that gives them online access 24 hours a day, ensuring that the information is always up to date.

The presentation of the access code replaces the paper certificate.

  • Permanent certificate of commercial registration
    Provides the records of the entity, as well as any pending registration requests. It can be obtained in English. Request certificate
     
  • Permanent certificate of commercial registration and documents
    Provides the records of the entity, as well as any pending registration requests, and also the documents that served as the basis for the records (except for accounting documents). Request certificate
     
  • Memorandum of Association / Articles of Association
    Provides the organisation's latest memorandum and articles of association. Request certificate
     
  • Certificate of Annual Accounts (IES)
    Provides the entity's financial statements. It can be obtained in English. Request certificate
     
  • Certificate of Foundation Registration
    Provides information recorded in the single register of foundations. Request certificate
     
  • Certificate of Registration in the Ficheiro Central de Pessoas Coletivas (FCPC)
    Provides the registration data of the entity in the FCPC, such as the NIPC, company name, registered office, CAE, legal form, object, capital (depending on the type of entity), and status (e.g., registered, dissolved, extinct). Request certificate

 

 

Who can request

Any individual or company can request a permanent certificate.

 

How to request

To request a commercial permanent certificate, you need the following information:

  • the name of the person requesting the certificate
  • the tax identification number (NIF or NIPC)
  • the NIPC or firm of the entity associated with the certificate
  • the email where you want to receive the access code to the certificate

How to request online:

  1. Access the online service
  2. Fill out the form
  3. Pay. Multibanco reference available. Payment must be made within 5 consecutive days from the date of submission of the request.
