- Complementary groups of entities
- European economic interest groups
- Sole Trader Entities with Limited Liability.
Each registration corresponds to an entity subject to registry.
Registrations must be cancelled by registry services whenever:
The entity is cancelled
For example:
- winding up and liquidation registry
- immediate cancellation
- merger registry in incorporated or merged companies,
- the closing of an insolvency process upon final division and termination
- due to death, in case of a sole trader.
The entity no longer has registered head office in Portugal
The provisional registry, the reason why the registration was created, is not converted into definitive within the legal timeframe
The registration has been created following a refused act, which has been consolidated within the registry framework.
